just got my dogbone last week. I am kind of new to grip training, so I waited a while to get the dog bone. I have used it three or four times, and its absolutely fearsome, my hands and lower arms are jacked for hours after my work outs!!!! I do five sets of pull ups, even if is only a few reps each set, then do timed hangs.....devastating

I just got my Dog Bone in yesterday, & let me tell you it tells the truth. As a professional armwrestler you gotta have grip strength & hand control. Using the Dog Bone tells me how much strength I jave & don't have. I use it on lat pull downs, rows, tricep press downs. This thing is GREAT. I can't wait to purchase my next item in the grip strength category.

Did some pullups & chinups using a suspended olympic db handle before ordering this -- the 2" grips actually felt more comfortable than my 1" bar, so I figured I wouldn't have much use for this 3" bar, but might have some trouble with the 5" ends. This is why you should always work out alone, no spotters, no living witnesses. This thing will destroy your soul. Wherever there's gravity, this bar will not be kind to me. Still bet I can do several hundred pullups on that Rogue Globe/wrecking ball, though...

JUST GOT THIS IN THE MAIL LAST WEEK AND I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE FOR MUCH I LOVE IT. SO IMPRESSED W/ IT THAT I'M GOING TO BE PURCHASING THE OTHER PRODUCTS IN THE SERIES.
