I'm now on my third one. First 2 broke after about a month, lucky rogue has great customer service and replaced them free of charge.

It works fine at first but after a few uses it broke. Not worth it.

I thought they would be an upgrade from my IronMind Expand-Your-Hand Bands, which don't allow full extension, as they're just circular, so will fly off your hands if you open them all the way. However, 2/5 IronMind bands offer more resistance than the "Heavy" Hand X Band . I don't even use one IronMind at a time anymore, but unlike those, Hand X Bands can't be combined. Additionally, the Hand X Bands are significantly more expensive, and don't even come in pairs, which results in a waste of time during workouts unless you pay twice as much. I kept them, because they're still useful for my small wife, but I am not impressed with the value. With more strengths, in a cheaper multi-pack designed for both hands at once, with a lower price per band, this could be a 5-star product.

I bought the Medium in hopes that the Hand X Band would not only strengthen my hands but also help with my carpal tunnel. These broke within 10 minutes of use before my hands got much exercise and before I got my $9.99 worth.
