The drum of the Ice Barrel can be filled quickly with water and ice, then emptied after use via a simple built-in drainage system. The unit is fully portable (weighing just 61LB empty) and its unique compact shape is suitable for most body types; enabling the user to sit and submerge themselves in an upright position, which helps with mind and body focus and relaxation.

Ice Bath Tips
Tips for Taking an Ice Bath:
- Keep barrel on level surface.
- Add water then ice. Start at 50 to 60 degrees F if you’re a beginner.
- Use step stool to enter the bath.
- Ideal Duration of an Ice Bath: 3-5 minutes.
- To exit, push out and step on to stool with one foot, then the other.
