Perfect for home training
This rack is completely immobile once it's bolted in. Great quality and only leaves eight small holes in concrete. I wish there was an attachment to allow you to attach both holes in the wall ball attachment while reaching 10'. You can only attach one hole now and have the attachment reach 10'. I've ditched the gym membership and outfitted a home gym with great stuff for the price of about 2 years worth of Crossfit membership. My Rogue purchases have more than paid for themselves.

A Smart Purchase
When my wife and I found out that we had a baby on the way our first thought was, "How are we going to get to the gym?" We love doing Crossfit together, our time seemed like it would be sparse in the future. So we thought we would build a home gym. We didn't want to use the garage because the winters can get very cold in Missouri. So we thought we would use our unfinished basement. We budgeted just over a thousand dollars, about the amount we we spend on a gym membership in 2 ½ years. We got the R-3, matador, barbell, 30 lb kettle bell, and bumper plates. The R-3 fits perfectly under my 94 inch ceiling. It doesn't move much during pull-ups, especially with plate storage on the sides. I will bold it down but it doesn't have to be. I can tell that this will be a quality piece of gym equipment that will last me a long time. I look forward to making more purchases from Rogue and adding on to my Rogue gym.

Top notch quality
First and foremost, rarely do you open/assemble something and think, wow, I got exactly (or more) than I paid for! Extreme quality and such a shame people spend $500 at a sporting good store on such an inferior rack when they could spend a couple hundred extra and get 10x the quality. The RML-3 is plenty big enough for any lift. I bought an extra set of J-cups (which seem like they could hold more weight than anything you could ever put on a bar) so two people can squat at different heights, one inside the rack, one outside the rack. Simple assembly, 6 bolts not including the ones going into the floor. All-in-all, extremely sturdy, extremely well made, and very easy to assemble. Ordered online and to my door in 6 days including a weekend.

Awesome
Through and through, this rack is awesome. Unmovable, adaptable, and comes with everything you need. The WestSide hole pattern is a god-send to anyone needing a bench safety, wanting to perform an Anderson squat, use short bands for speed benching, do pin-bench presses, or be able to ditch your squat exactly where you need to without dropping the bar too far. It's incredibly easy to move the safety bars, the J-cups, the band pegs (which can also be easily used up top for reverse band movements!) and all you need is a silver sharpie to number the holes. Want some hooks to hang things like your belt or bands?- 6" 5/8 bolts at Home depot are a few bucks. The two pull-up bars (one thick) is another nice touch, but the biggest and best thing about this rack is how sturdy it is. When I'm old and decrepit I'll be passing it on to my grand kids. There is one thing I'd change (in case Rogue is listening)- the position of the holes to bolt into the ground. One on each foot is under the bottom cross member, a real pain to get to, and it seems to me that they could be located so that none require marking, moving, and replacing the rack after drilling the concrete below. That's it, though, the only thing I can possibly find wrong with it. Not a big deal, and now that 11 out of 12 anchors are in, it's perfect.

Way to go Rogue!
This rack is amazing, the perfect addition to my garage gym! I was going to buy the Infinity Rack and for a bit more decided to go with the Monster Lite, very happy with my decision. The construction far exceeded my expectations and the quality is amazing. The rack is extremely functional and versatile. The accessories are well designed too; I added the Multi Grip Crossmember and two sets of the Long Plate Storage and was very pleased with both add ons. This thing is a BEAST!

love this rack.
I bought this and a monster lite rig. I was excited to get the rig, but love and use this rack so much more. love the pins and have a neutral grip chin bar on it and the spotter arms which are super useful. When bolted down, this thing is immovable. Love it.
