I ordered the MLW-4 and it arrived, I think even before I received the confirmation email, which was sent, hmmmm, immediately. The point is, that it arrived super fast. Fixing the uprights to my concrete floor was kind of a pain because drilling into post tension concrete slabs is moderately challenging, especially if you don't have a legible blueprint of the post-tension cable grid. Buying a good hammer-drill and masonry bit was key to my success and eased the pain of drilling the holes. My biggest mistake was not ensuring my drilled holes were perfectly straight, so dropping my anchors were kind of tricky. Now, if all of my pre-installation steps (drilling holes, and preparing the wall for the wall-mount side) were efficiently done then the actual installation process would have been an ease. Heck, it's 5 parts in entirety so the assembly was a cinch. I run a small HIIT gym out of my 700sqft garage and I have 3 people doing all sorts of pull-ups, ring dips, etc. on the rack at a time, and that thing doesn't move, sway, dip...nothing. I'm expanding my gym and will be buying the mlw-10 in the near future. As usual, this is another solid Rogue piece of equipment.

I purchased the MLW - 4 in my 3rd bay garage. I love the versatility of it, pull ups, bench, squats, plus other accessories can be added. It is fantastic and accommodates short guys like me (with the many milled holes all around). I would highly suggest this item for anyone that may have doubts. Good, solid, easy to assemble, great value for price, you can't go wrong with Rogue.

Like everything else Rogue makes this rack is bomb proof! I've had mine for a couple of weeks now and have put it thru the paces of the hard life it is going to live and I couldn't be happier. My only gripe, was that it didn't come with any instructions. For me it was no big deal, I used the online chat feature to find out the proper size of floor anchors and I was off and WODing. Keep up the great work Rogue, your gear is the shit!
