This bar is awesome!

ARRR!! Top notch finish - not too grippy, and not at all slippy. Allows multiple widths on neutral grip and gives an angled grip when doing wide pulls - EASY on the wrists. Even if you don't have a Rogue Rack, find a way to add this piece of equipment.

This thing actually makes me enjoy pull-ups. Crank some out.. get wiped out.. change grip style and crank more out. Love it. It made my R3 even sexier. Just sayin. Get one.

This was a much needed addition to our R-3. Its awesome. Took 5 minutes to install. Money well spent!

Of all of the pull up bars on our system (SPEAL, Dirty South, Fat bar, and normal cross beam), this is our favorite. The natural grip is perfect. The ClackFit members gravitate to this one and keep putting in extra pull ups just because it is fun to do so. Definitely something you want to get for your R3.

I wanted a pull up bar that offered wide and narrow grips as well as a neutral grip and allow for pull up variations such as towel pull ups, lever pull ups, etc. This appeared perfect, trouble was, I don't own an R3 rack, nor do I have the room for said rack. I purchased this pull up bar and made a mounting system to fasten it to my ceiling. I was able to get everything I wanted from the pull up bar without taking up additional floor space! This bar works great and even comes with the necessary hardware to bolt it up!

BUY this for your R-3, takes the stress of your elbows and wrists. then flip the fat bar in the back to make the rack more stable.

Really glad I bought this. Well made, sturdy, offers many options. Put this on top of your R3, then reposition the stock fat bar pull-up on the rear vertical posts for extra stability.
