While a bit overpriced, this is a quality stretch assist band. It is made of good quality materials and appears well stitched. The 10 separate loops makes it very versatile for a wide range of stretching options. It has a lot of stretch to it which can be both positive and somewhat negative as well. The stretch does enable the loops to fit over shoes, boots, and provide a variable range of stretching. The only downside of it having so much stretch is that it is a bit tricky to be consistent with your stretching, especially if one leg needs more attention than the other. A part of me thinks I am nuts for investing over $30 in a stretch band, but a few months later it's not like my bank account notices it. It is a solid piece of equipment that definitely has a place within a "mobility kit".
