It's a good day to wake up and take on the universe. These will help. These bands remind me of Atlas, holding the world on his shoulder. Like Atlas, these bands wont take any sh*t from nobody, just smile and keep holding. I know what you're thinking: "is there anything these bands can't hold"- correction, if you're thinking this kick yourself in the throat and reread my comments. Not only will these bands provide the necessary mobility to maim and disgrace your competition, they are strong enough to evade small countries and provide backup on operations requiring a skill set of mayhem and madness. Buy these bands of perish at the hands of the disgruntled, aka Froning and Briggs.

Bands are great. Work just like they do in videos with no problems at all. One thing that i caution Rogue shoppers on is in the RF Pull Up Package 2, there is only one green band. I did not read the description close enough. I though i was getting two red, two blue, and TWO green, this is not the case. It was my fault not Rogue's but i thought i would point that out because i can't be the only person that, and will missed it. Thanks!

This is a great investment for a start up gym! Instead of cables you can use these in many ways that a cable system can be used as well! Great for pull ups and of course to work on your explosiveness on squats, bench and dead lifts. I've seen these used for dumbbell presses as well! Just lace around your back and on dumbbells and you are training in a completely different way! So, instead of spending $1500-2000+ on a cable system this is for you for a fraction of the price!

I bought the Red, Blue, and Green. I used them so far for speed work on my deads and bench. I don't have huge numbers, but I hold my on. With that said the bands really were a lot tougher than I thought they would be. I struggle with these so I am glad I went pretty light and grabbed the red as an extra for the free shipping. Also price is pretty good since another site was about double the price.

I mainly bought the bands for assistance in pull ups and dips to get stronger... but then once you fool around a bit you realize the amount of exercises you are able to perform and nearly endless. So just to summarize: if you are going on vacation or where ever... you can pack these bands and still work your entire body.

I purchased the RF Pull-up Package a few months ago. I was new to Crossfit and had really never done any Pull-ups on my own. Needed to build strength there and muscle memory to get better. This product really helped me achieve my goals. I've since given the bands I wasn't using anymore to friends so they could work on theirs as well. Great Product of Incredible Quality.

From pull-up assistance, rocking mobility with KStarr, or making lifts more difficult. New members to the box are no long intimidated by pull-ups and mobility is much more effective. I use them a lot with clients and have seen little to no wear and tear on them. After four months, they are as good as new.
